Roca Llista is situated half-way between Ibiza town and Santa Eulalia del Rio, nearby the villages of Jesús and Cala Llonga. It’s considered, by many, to one of the best spots on the island – it’s a peaceful enclave of luxury, away from other more lively locations. But, for those who wish to tip their toes in to Ibiza’s colourful nightlife, Roca Llisa is only 7 Km from Ibiza town and 16 Km from the airport. Also, this is a great location for golfers, as Golf Club Roca Llisa (one of only two golf courses on the island) is close.

Accommodation & Layout :

The mansion has five spacious bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people and with extra beds we can provide up to 14.

The master bedroom comes complete with HiFi equipment, high-quality sound system and iPod connection, a large double bed, shower and jacuzzi, an exclusive LED lighting installation, plasma television and full satellite TV.

The two other bedrooms offer large double beds, as well as their own shower rooms.

The villa also has a luxurious guesthouse, which has a large double bed, bathroom and open-plan kitchen.
