All bedrooms are ensuite with double beds mostly – one or 2 may be with twins – subject to request. Facilities include: LCD TVs, hot/cold air conditioning, music systems, fridges, kettles, views to the golf course, pools and terraces. 5 star standard

Bathrooms: Newly renovated to A list standards – high pressure showers, modern taps and sinks and using modern materials and standards to give the best results and effects for you. More than you would expect in a holiday home, even most top hotels. 5 star standard.

Kitchen: Semi professional kitchen, designed with the help of a few top chefs on the island

Utility Room: There will be a room available for washing/drying and ironing with plenty of extra storage space if required.

Living Rooms: Open plan from kitchen to lounge to winter room with open fireplace. This area has been designed for entertaining in both summer and winter. From the lounge you have direct access to the pool and terraces and can either sit in/outside and still be comfy.

Other: There are plenty of chill outs, including an amazing roof terrace giving you a breathtaking view over the golf course and towards Ibiza Town. Many places to relax and chill in the sunshine or in the shade. There is an outdoor bbq for summer entertaining

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Depending on the price agreed and length of stay, this can be negotiated, but this service is available based on the clients requirements. Can be done daily or bi-weekly, by prior arrangement.

Location Type: Coast/Beach
There is a private beach within the development, also close to Sol D’en Serra beach and Amante restaurant – highly recommended. There are plenty of other beaches available within easy reach – Talamanca, Figueretas, Playa D’En Bossa, Es Codolar, Cala Jondal and Cala Llonga – all are within 15-20 mins drive from the house, some even closer. Ibiza has over 70 beaches around the island all with the highest standards across Europe and are well maintained with tourists and locals in mind.

The golf course is located in the same urbanization, therefore, travel to and from the course is very convenient and I will discuss some kind of membership or reduced costs for my guests, if possible.

Ibiza airport is approximately 15 minutes by car, Ibiza 10 minutes and most places on the island will take between 20-40 minutes to travel to, depending on the exact location.

Ibiza Town – the main town of the island is within 4km of the house and everything else is pretty close.
